We use UPS or United States Postal Service for shipping all orders. We will select the best service based upon the shipping method you have selected when placing your order. Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped. Tracking information is only available for USPS Priority mail and UPS.

Since all of our cards are handmade each card is unique even for the same design. Each cards for same design would differ from others. Also please note that we order our material from different suppliers and at different times. For this reason the color of cards and ribbons and other material could differ from batch to batch. We do our best to keep the look and feel same for each design but there is no guarantee that the cards would be exactly similar. Thank you for understanding.
